🔹 Order Confirmation:
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে অনলাইন ইনভয়েস ইস্যু করা হবে এবং ক্রেতাকে ফোনের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করে পণ্য পাঠানো হবে।

🔹 ডেলিভারি টাইম:

  • ঢাকা সিটি: সর্বোচ্চ ১ থেকে ৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে হোম ডেলিভারি

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ২৪-৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হবে।

🔹 ডেলিভারি চার্জ:

  • সারা দেশে ফ্রি ডেলিভারি সুবিধা। তবে ঢাকা সিটিতে ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র আপনার লোকেশনের গ্রাউন্ড ফ্লোর পর্যন্ত প্রদান করা হবে।
    লিফট ব্যতীত উপরের তলায় পণ্য তুলতে হলে অতিরিক্ত শ্রমিক (লেবার) চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
  • তবে ঢাকার বাইরে কন্ডিশনে পেমেন্ট (Cash on Delivery) করলে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস কোম্পানির নেওয়া ১% অতিরিক্ত চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে

🔹 অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন:

  • বিকাশে পেমেন্ট করার পর অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবে ➤ Bkash > Make Payment > 01798750383

🔹 পেমেন্ট শর্ত:

  • এসি ডেলিভারির পর বাকি পেমেন্ট পরিশোধ করতে হবে

  • পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত টেকনিশিয়ান কাজ শুরু করবেন না

✅ Free Installation Applicable When:

  • ফ্লোর থেকে দ্বারিয়ে ইনস্টলেশন করা যায় অথবা গ্রউন্ড ফ্লোর হলে

  • গ্রিল কাটা থাকে যেন দ্বারিয়ে ইনস্টলেশন করা যায়

  • আউটডোর ইউনিট বারান্দায় বসানো সম্ভব হলে

🔸 ঝুলন্ত ইনস্টলেশন (যেখানে রশি দিয়ে কাজ করতে হয়) হলে ফ্লোর বা বিল্ডিং অনুযায়ী চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে

⚠️ Important Notes:

পুরাতন এসি খোলার চার্জ আলাদাভাবে পরিশোধ করতে হবে (ফ্রি ইনস্টলেশনের আওতাভুক্ত নয়) এবং অর্ডার করার সময় আমাদের অবহিত করতে হবে।

১০ ফিট পাইপ ও কেবল ফ্রি অতিরিক্ত পাইপের চার্জ:

  • 1 Ton: ৳400/ফুট
  • 1.5 Ton: ৳500/ফুট
  • 2 Ton: ৳600/ফুট

আউটডোর ইউনিট অ্যাঙ্গেল চার্জ:

  • 1–2 Ton: ৳1,500
  • 2.5–3 Ton: ৳2,500
  • 4–5 Ton: ৳3,500

⚠️ বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য (Electric Line Setup):

লাইনের ব্যবস্থা না থাকলে, ক্রেতাকে নিজ উদ্যোগে একজন দক্ষ ইলেক্ট্রিশিয়ান দ্বারা একটি ব্যবহারযোগ্য বৈদ্যুতিক লাইন করে নিতে হবে।আমাদের টেকনিশিয়ানরা শুধুমাত্র এসি ইনস্টলেশনের কাজ করেন — তারা বৈদ্যুতিক সংযোগ বা লাইন সেটআপের কাজ করেন না।

➤ এসির জন্য নির্ধারিত MCB, প্লাগ পয়েন্ট বা লাইন আগে থেকেই প্রস্তুত থাকলে ইনস্টলেশন প্রক্রিয়া দ্রুত এবং সুরক্ষিতভাবে সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব।

  • প্লাগ এসির সাথে থাকে না
    ➤ নিরাপত্তার জন্য সরাসরি সংযোগ না দিয়ে প্লাগ ব্যবহার করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে
